Ability to lift, push, pull objects up to 10 lbs.Shift:
20-25 hrs./week; mostly days, Monday – Friday between 8:00 – 5:00pm; possible varied shift, including some week nights. This position may run on an academic schedule of Fall and Spring with summers off.Job Summary:
Assists with the following responsibilities: manages, organizes and coordinates all stages of examination process. On a daily basis, it may be necessary for the AEC to aide in the process of scheduling exams by communicating with faculty, students, staff and exam proctors. This may include, proctoring exams, scheduling, pick up and delivery and general office duties as requested by Exam Coordinator or other office Staff. The AEC may also help in drafting and implementing new policies and procedures for exam process.Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:
Proficiency with Excel & Outlook;
Flexible schedule, including some evenings;
Excellent organizational skills;
Ability to maintain confidentiality;
Strong verbal and written Communication skills;
Ability to stay focused and on-task for long periods of time;
Ability to remain in this position for at least one academic year.
