The Developmental Behavioral Pediatric Clinic at UK is currently seeking a Nurse Team Leader. This position requires working with medical professionals who are working under time and efficiency constraints in a busy ambulatory care setting with a patient centered care focus on quality, safety, and service. This position will work closely with the division chief and providers to create, maintain, and implement clinical protocols and procedures to ensure continuity of care. The Nurse Team Leader works closely with the Practice Manager and Nurse Manager to operationalize ambulatory clinic issues, nursing directions, scheduling templates, protocols, and staffing models.Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:
