The incumbent is responsible for the daily operations including staffing, human resources, budget and regulatory compliance. The incumbent is accountable for problem identification and resolution, process improvement, customer service, development of policies and procedures and staff competencies. Collaborates with marketing and business development to market services and develop new programs. Salary Range:
