Responsibilities

CARE Ambassadors are an exceptional group of current FSU students who represent the student body and are selected based on their leadership, academic achievement, professionalism, campus involvement, scholarship and a desire to promote FSU & the Center for Academic Retention & Enhancement (CARE). CARE Ambassadors lead community service, diversity, campus engagement, academic support, and professional development activities; provide students with insights into the culture at FSU; assist with academic assistance in the CARE Tutoring & Computer Lab; and provide a network of contacts so CARE students feel connected to the campus.

Qualifications

Must be a current FSU student with a minimum 2.75 Cumulative GPA

Have attended FSU for one full academic year

Able to work full time during summer 2021

Must intend on enrolling full-time at FSU during Fall 2021 OR intend on enrolling as a graduate or professional student at another university in Fall 2021

CARE Ambassdors must be vailable for training, and able to work for 8 weeks begining June 4 through July 31
