OPS Help Desk Support AnalystJob Description:
Provides IT support for customers using telephone and remote support tools. Resolves common issues or assigns complex requests to other support teams as needed. Requirements: Minimum 1-year technical support experience. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficient in support of current desktop hardware, software, and peripherals in an enterprise environment.Expected Salary:
$19/hr - $20/hrMinimum Requirements:
A high school diploma and one year of appropriate experience. Appropriate college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.Preferred Qualifications:
Industry standard technical certification (A+, Microsoft or Apple) or a Support Center Analyst certification is preferred.Special Instructions to Applicants:
