Job Description

The School of Medicine and the Department of Otolaryngology Head & Neck Surgery are pleased to announce the opening of a Business Services Consultant position.

Job duties include:

Provide leadership in the management of Department operations, to include direction in process improvements, lead projects impacting the operations of the Department, developing policies and procedures, oversee the administrative support of the Department and provide specific administrative support to faculty members. Serve as the Point of Contact between the Department and MU Healthcare’s marketing department.

Salary

Salary Range: $47,476 to $56,936, annually

GGS Grade: 9E

Shift

8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday - Friday

Minimum Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to communicate clearly and accurately both inside and outside of the Department. Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills. Prefer two years of administrative support experience
