Job Summary We look forward to working with students hired for the Office of Disability Serives and appreciate your interest in our department. Our office has tests to proctor, mail to be picked up and delivered, cover office when needed, filing, using copier, fax machine, computer, and scanner. The following are some expectations and requirements needed for this position:
- It is important to be available at the times we discuss after looking at your class scheduleBe polite and courteous to othersAssist with photocopies and filingsInteract with studentsProctor and set up rooms for testing roomsUpdate formsCreate and update flyersUpdate filesAssets students and instructors as neededCheck the mail
