Job Responsibilities

NETC has been approved by the NJCAA to offer traditional athletic programs. The College will begin competing in Golf and Cross Country during the 2021-2022 academic year. We are seeking a Part-time Cross Country Coach needed for new Men’s and Women’s Cross Country Teams. Duties include program development, student-athlete recruitment, player coaching and development, tournament logistics, record keeping, and student-athlete academic and athletic support and tracking.

Minimum and Additional Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in physical education, recreation, therapeutic recreation, exercise physiology or a related field and one year of related work experience; or an Associate’s degree in physical education, recreation, therapeutic recreation, exercise physiology or a related field and three years of related work experience; or a high school diploma and five years of work experience. A certified personal trainer credential through an approved professional organization, first aid training, and CPR certification required.
