Position Summary:

Reporting to the Assistant Coach/Recruiting Coordinator, the Director of Player Development and Recruiting Operations is responsible for overseeing player skill development, and assisting in all video operations and data analytics. Will participate in practice and game breakdown, game strategies, and practice planning. Also serves as the liaison to the strength and conditioning coach, athletic trainer and nutritionist.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred. All degrees must be from fully accredited institutions..

Qualifications and Experience:

5 years of intercollegiate coaching experience preferably at the NCAA D1 level. Knowledge of and experience with data analytics software. Analytical skills relating to developing game strategy and evaluating game video necessary. Experience with recruiting software such as Front Rush or similar program. Strong computer skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail essential. Must be able to manage a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Demonstrated knowledge of National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) and National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) mandated guidelines that govern this position.
