Job Summary:Temporary, part-time instructor for Fall Semester 2021.
CSC116: Information to Computing- Monday and Wednesday 9:05-10:00 am
Essential Functions:Teaches assigned courses in accordance with course competencies and syllabi. Develops and/or utilizes a variety of instructional strategies, techniques and delivery methods designed to meet the individual learning styles of students. Fosters a safe and civil learning environment. Informs students about course requirements, evaluation procedures, and attendance policies. Monitors, evaluates, and documents student attendance, progress and competency attainment.
Required Qualifications:CSC 110, 116:
Master’s in field or
Master’s in related field or
Master’s with 18 semester credits of courses in field beyond the introductory principles level or
Bachelor’s in field with 18 semester credits courses in field beyond the introductory principles level and documentation in one area:
•Professional certification
•2 years in-field experience
•Teaching excellence
•Research & Publication
3 years non-teaching related work experience
Desired Qualifications:Teaching experience.
