Position Description:
The Offices of Student Conduct and the Dean of Students administer the campus' student conduct system, advise undergraduate honor societies, and serve as a resource center for students and other members of the university community.
The Manager of Operations for the Offices of Student Conduct and the Dean of Students is the first point of contact for students, faculty, staff, parents, and others interacting with the office, and provides oversight to the offices' operations. The incumbent provides consultations and conducts intakes, reviewing the needs of clients, and responding appropriately. May counsel or make referrals. Provides Student Conduct Case Management. Serves as liaison with faculty referring cases of academic misconduct. Coordinates OSC's trainings, presentations, and outreach efforts, managing logistics and preparing marketing materials and presentations. Manages the office's Dean's certification and eligibility check processes.
Also serves as the campus appeal coordinator. The incumbent coordinates the response to student appeals, communicating with students as well as faculty and staff on these matters.
