Description of Work:

The University Communications interns will report to the Director of Content Development or the Executive Content Producer and work with colleagues in the Office of University Communications, particularly in content and internal communications. The intern will produce work in some of the following areas, depending on the intern’s skillsets: writing, videography, photography and graphic design. The selected intern does not need to have experience or skills in all of those areas. Based on the selected intern’s skill sets, the intern’s duties may include writing stories for unc.edu, The Well and other publications, creating videos, taking photos, creating graphics, contributing to brainstorming and story development sessions, and assisting with special projects.

Education and Experience:

Current UNC students only. Successful candidates should have writing, visual storytelling or graphic design skills.
