Job Summary

Follows specific instructions and perform complex and detail-oriented clerical work using established routines. Applies high analysis and problem-solving in performing job duties. Provide front office support for International Student Services and serve international students, ISS Advisors, and campus community with excellence. Understand immigration, program, and legal policies for F-1 and J-1 students. Work effectively and productively in the office’s high-stress environment.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Answers phones and greets visitors resolve routine questions or issues following established procedures and guidelines

  • Makes bookkeeping entries and maintains audit trail files

  • Files documents in appropriate folders or performs data entry task

  • Handles correspondence

  • Uses office machines such as copiers, scanners, and desktop computers

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Collaborate effectively with divisions within Ho’okele to process immigration documents, support student cases, and regular programming.
