Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Training Coordinator Job Number Full/Part Time Schedule Salary 22520606 Full Time 8AM - 5PM $53,000 - $98,600 Position Information **Applicants are required to submit a cover letter and resume for full consideration.**Under the supervision of the Vice Chancellor of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (VC-DEI), the DEI Training Coordinator is responsible for a range of administrative coordination and programmatic facilitation responsibilities on a day-to-day basis. The incumbent will consult with the VC-DEI in the development, planning, promotion, implementation and evaluation of DEI training, workshops, and other programming. Under supervision, the incumbent will assist the office in developing diversity, equity and inclusion related programs, creating and maintaining DEI education content and materials, and curating the DEI website and social media sites. The position will also work in close collaboration with other ODEI staff to coordinate DEI activities, including the Chancellor’s Making Excellence Inclusive Diversity Certificate Programs for both Staff and Faculty and for Graduate Students. Please note that the budgeted hiring amount for this position is up to $69,844.00 based on candidate qualifications. Minimum Requirements Has working knowledge of diversity, equity and inclusion philosophies, methodologies, competencies and programs.

Able to problem-solve and effectively organize and manage multiple training/workshop initiatives simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications Possesses analytical skills to conduct analysis and develop recommendations, demonstrating organization and problem-solving skills.

Has working knowledge of organizational policies and procedures; knowledge of functional area and understands how work may impact other areas.

Possesses skills to gather, organize and perform analysis on equal employment opportunity affirmative action programs and initiatives.

Has working knowledge and experience creating training/workshop plans and materials for departments, and coordinating programs, events and other activities.

Proficient use of Microsoft Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and web-based video conferencing and learning platforms (e.g. Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Canvas).
