This position will be required to remain in a sedentary position for large portions of the day and operate at a computer workstation.

Job Summary:

The UK HealthCare/College of Medicine Office of Philanthropy is seeking a temporary employee for the summer of 2021 to assist the Communications and Engagement team. The employee will assist with writing projects such as patient profiles, blog posts and newsletter articles, some organization/planning, and other projects as assigned. Excellent writing skills are a must. Knowledge of philanthropy and writing in the philanthropic voice is a plus.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:

Strong written communication skills, organization and attention to detail, ability with Office 365 software (especially Word and Powerpoint). Knowledge of Canva, Trello a plus but not required.
