The University of Evansville Department of Athletics invites applications for the Athletic Training Internship. Job responsibilities include all aspects of Athletic Training. The basic responsibilities include, but are not limited to, injury prevention, evaluation, management, and treatment of athletic injuries; rehabilitation of athletic injuries, education and counseling of student-athletes, and athletics related health care administration (documentation, injury reports, insurance claims, etc.) in coordination with the sports medicine team.

Sports assignments will include in-season fall and spring sports. Additional assignments and sport coverage as needed.

Responsibilities will also include instructing in the Athletic Training Education Programs.

Applicants must be NATA Board of Certification certified or pending results. Indiana Athletic Trainer licensed or pending.
