Description of Work:

The primary purpose of this position is provide a variety of functions for the EPI-NC TA program and the EPI-NC clinics. The Program Coordinator manages the day-to-day operations, working closely with the Program Director, State representatives, clinic team leads, and other stakeholders to implement the program and ensure program fidelity. Duties include scheduling and coordination of meetings and conference calls, program activity documentation and reporting, assisting in the development of health care professional training materials and resources, website development/management, coordinating health care professional continuing education programs, managing the collection of clinic data and the quality assurance database, and collaborating on other projects as needed. This position is often the first point of contact for the EPI-NC program.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalency and one year of related office experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience. Experience with MS Office, especially proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Experience with R programming language. Experience with database management and reporting. Experience with management of web conferencing. Knowledge of healthcare professional continuing education requirements. Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a team environment, skilled in organizing and coordinating a wide variety of tasks. Able to work independently to achieve program goals.
