Position Scope
Sells and promotes PCC products to guests visiting the various retail sales locations while maintaining a clean attractive work area. Achieves sales goals on a consistent basis.
Applies quality customer service concepts and practices when processing, exchanging or upgrading guests’ purchases.
Interacts with guests by answering questions and addressing concerns.

Requirements
Must have a good knowledge of the various activities and services provided at the Polynesian Cultural Center and excellent customer service skills.
Must be in good health and be capable of a full range of body movement and lift 25-50 lbs on a regular basis.
Must be fluent in the English language in both written and oral communication. Fluency in a foreign language is highly desirable but not required.
Must know how to use a personal computer.
Must be able to work during the winter break.
Should be a high school graduate or the equivalent.
Previous sales experience highly desirable.
