Position Highlights:

As a Research Technician, the individual will perform routine laboratory tasks including cleaning instruments and equipment, provide routine administrative support to research projects (photocopies, files, and record keeping), and provide technical support to researchers by coordinating schedules, handling intake and maintaining records and files.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to researchers by coordinating schedules, handling intake and maintaining records and files
  • Provide routine administrative support to research projects including making photocopies, maintaining files, and record keeping tasks
  • Works with immediate peers, researchers and supervisor to perform tasks and follows instructions on priorities for performing work assignments
  • Perform routine laboratory tasks including cleaning instruments and equipment

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent learning attained through experience required
  • Prior work experience not required
