Job Summary:

Job Function:
Provides direct support to the Sr. Director of CommunityEngagement and staff. Responsible for the data entry of training programs in theWorkforce ETPL Portal.

Essential Job Functions:

Data entry of training programs into Workforce EPTL portal. Assist with preparation of class material packets and classroom set up.Completes all mandatory training.Performs other duties as assigned.

    Strong attention to detailStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications - Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, email and InternetExcellent communication skills, verbal and writtenStrong organizational skillsWillingness to learn new programs, software and applications continuouslyMust be able to sit for long periods of time Must be able to use computer for long periods of timeEfficient work habits with high degree of accuracy and attention to detailAbility to multi-task and meet expected deadlines Passion for assisting customers and representing the OSU brand with positivity and professionalismEvidences a history of demonstrating ethical and professional behavior.

Preferred Qualifications:
Associate Degree preferred and/or related experience

Working Conditions:

    Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include some evenings and weekends in an often times busy and noisy environment.
    Work will be performed in an office and classroom environment with a significant amount of public contact, in person, by telephone and via email. Will be using Zoom and other similar formats to communicate and meet as needed.

Physical Requirements:

    Duties require extended periods of sitting, standing, talking, listening and computer usage
    Requires possible lifting of up to 25 lbs. (If an object weights more than 45 lbs., OSU-Oklahoma City requires this to be a two-person lift).
