General Summary
The Project Manager for faculty and staff mission engagement serves as an integral part of the faculty and staff engagement team within the Division of Mission and Ministry, contributing to the planning, execution and evaluation of a menu of mission engagement programs for DePaul's faculty and staff. The Project Manager is responsible for managing event planning, participation tracking systems, and assessment/evaluation metrics for all Faculty and Staff Engagement (FASE) programs, while playing a lead role in FASE communications. The Project Manager will also play an active role in managing operational details for several FASE programs, including the Vincentian Heritage Tours, the Vincentian Endowment Fund, the Mission Ambassadors, and the Vincentian Mission Institute program.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manages FASE participation/engagement tracking and assessment/evaluation metrics for all programs. Develops recruitment/outreach strategies to grow participation/engagement rate.
  • Participates and assists as a full-time FASE team member, sharing in the planning and development, execution, support, and evaluation of a menu of faculty and staff mission engagement programs, together with Division's faculty/staff engagement team. Includes, but not limited to: regular staff meetings, planning/scheduling, implementation and evaluation of all FASE programs, and pastoral outreach.
  • Plays primary logistical role with Vincentian Heritage Tours, communicating with Witte Travel and participant groups as the primary liaison, planning pre-trip and post-trip meetings, tracking required paperwork, and establishing project timelines.
  • Provides operational support for AVP and Director related to Vincentian Endowment Fund, Vincentian Mission Institute and Mission Ambassadors program.


Education & Experience

  • Bachelors degree required in field relevant to job requirements.
  • 2+ years of work experience in project management, program planning, implementation and assessment, or marketing and communications, ideally in higher education, mission and ministry, human resources or related field.
