Sitting or standing for long periods of time; push or carry items up to 25 lbs; regular use of a computer and media technology

Shift:

Up to 20-25 hours per week.

The Media Depot is open M-F 8am-5pm.

Position available in May 2021 but flexible if need to start in August 2021.

Job Summary:

•Providing in-person, online and phone support for media and technology services supported by Distance Learning, including:
oAudio/Video topics
oLMS Support
oOther course technologies
•Production support for audio and video studio recordings
•Other special projects including:
oCaptioning support
oStudio recording and support
oPhotography

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:

•MS Office
•Google Drive/Docs
•NLE Software such as FCP X or Adobe Premier
•Audio editing software
•Video and photo camera experience
•Customer service experience
•Computer and Internet proficiency
•Mac and Windows experience
