The College of Information and Communications’ Scheduler and Undergraduate Student Services Program Coordinator will serve as the primary contact for course scheduling in the School of Information Science. This position will also provide appropriate and necessary assistance to College’s Assistant Dean for undergraduate student services by supervising student workers, serving as administrative assistance during searches, serve as a first point of contact for office visitors, and maintaining student data bases.Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions):
Bachelor’s degree and 2 years related experience in business management, public administration, or administrative services; or equivalency.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working within university systems.
Knowledge of or ability to learn UofSC System and software, including Banner, People Soft, and Class Climate.
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database software.Safety Sensitive or Security Sensitive:
