Job Id: 630 # of Openings: 1 Visiting Assistant Professor of Humanitarian & Disaster Leadership The M.A. in Humanitarian and Disaster Leadership invites applications for a 1-year Visiting Assistant Professor position beginning in the fall of 2021. A doctoral degree or ABD is required by the time of appointment; area of specialization is open. This faculty will teach a combination of graduate online and residential campus courses and assist with curriculum development such as Humanitarian Assistance, Disaster Management, and Human Trafficking and Gender-Based Violence. The candidate should have a solid biblical and theological orientation, a commitment to liberal arts education, relevant higher education experience, and a demonstrated excellence in classroom teaching. The M.A. program in Humanitarian & Disaster Leadership is associated with the Humanitarian Disaster Institute, which is the country’s first faith-based academic research center.
