Provides technical direct customer service support for 350+ workstations, desktop systems, software (to include our Electronic Medical Records, Specialized Dental Software, etc), hardware, and network infrastructure. Assists with management of inventory of all hardware & software products. Serve as a principal point of contact to answer inquiries and initiate resolution of problems.
Assesses priority and responds and assigns work orders based on acuity. Installs, configures, and trouble shoots desktop systems, workstations, printers, servers and network issues.
Responsible for the day to day access security of the Health & Wellness Center, coordinates with individual units within the facility on scheduling of door lock/unlocks and access permissions to areas.
Maintains Panic Alarms that are assigned to designated staff members, this includes but is not limited to, the assignment of, the maintenance of and the testing of the alarms. Reviews surveillance camera footage as needed.
Assists with the management of local back up process for systems identified.
High school diploma or equivalency and two years of experience.
(Note: or a combination of post high school education and experience equal to two years.)
Knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures for computer support.
Ability to convey technical information to technical and nontechnical users.
Ability to utilize technical and problem solving skills.
Position requires post hire PPD (TB) test.
