Job Summary
The Postdoctoral Research Fellow will work in the fields of Bio-Mass Spectrometry (MS) and MS-based proteomics. He/She will be responsible for developing novel MS-based chemical and enzymatic methods to study proteins and protein post-translational modifications, especially glycosylation, and applying them for biomedical studies. He/She will design experiments, analyze proteins and glycoproteins using LC-MS, perform data-analysis, and write manuscripts. The candidate will actively work with the Principal Investigator and other group members. 1. A strong background in organic chemistry, analytical chemistry or biochemistry, or experience with HPLC, MS and large-scale protein analysis.
