The Department of Information Systems, Analytics and Operations (ISAO) at the University of Louisville’s College of Business seeks qualified applicants for a full-time, teaching-intensive faculty position (non-tenure track) to begin August 1, 2021. Expected teaching load is 4/4 (24 credit hours per year). Appointment will be at the rank of instructor or assistant professor; dependent upon academic credentials and experience. The successful candidate will teach data analytics topics at the graduate level in the Master of Science in Business Analytics (MSBA) program.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidates must possess a master’s degree in information systems, computer science or a closely related field. A Ph.D. in one of the listed areas is required for appointment as assistant professor. Candidate ideally will have experience teaching at a university level. Teaching experience should include technical skills such as data modeling and business data analytics. The ability to develop and teach online courses will also be a strong consideration.
