General Summary:

Reporting to the Director of Enrollment Management, the Enrollment Technology Administrator, will provide technology, systems, and data oversight for the Office of Undergraduate Admissions’ CRM (Slate).

The Enrollment Technology Administrator will be responsible for building and maintaining applications, reports, forms, applicant portals, document imaging workflows, configuration and more. The incumbent will work closely with members of the Office of Undergraduate Admissions, Division of Enrollment Management, University IT Services, and Technolutions (Slate) in this endeavor. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with undergraduate recruitment/enrollment and an understanding of how a highly integrated enterprise system helps to achieve both institutional and enrollment goals.

Examples of Duties:

  • Proficiency in University student information systems (preferable PeopleSoft) and Admissions CRM system (preferably Technolutions Slate);
  • Demonstrated knowledge of relational databases;
  • Create and maintain various aspects of CRM system including, but not limited to, applications, forms, document imaging system and workflows, duplicate record management, applicant portal, events, electronic communications (email and SMS), various third-party integrations, etc.
  • Work closely with CRM vendor to ensure system optimization;
  • Experience working on system development and implementation projects;
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external constituents to ensure data accuracy and effective reporting capabilities;
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively, problem-solve, and collaborate with others to achieve desired outcomes;
  • Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s Degree, and a minimum of three-five (3-5) years of progressively responsible experience managing CRM systems. Previous experience in admissions and/or Enrollment Management is preferred.

    • Knowledge of undergraduate admissions and the recruitment process at a four-year university;
    • Ability to work with data within University systems;
    • Knowledge of standard administrative software programs, as well as ability to utilize technology;
    • Ability to lead and manage projects that integrate technical solutions into the admissions processes at a university;
    • Ability to deliver services in an environment with an emphasis on customer service, both internally and externally;
    • Ability to work effectively as a team member, as well as independently with minimum supervision;
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks while respecting multiple deadlines and using time efficiently;
    • Ability to establish and maintain professional working relationships with colleagues, as well as departmental staff, and be thoughtful of a multicultural environment;
    • Strong oral and written communication skills;
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
    • Strong commitment to customer service.
