Position Highlights:

The Department of Emergency Medicine is seeking a part-time Administrative Support Assistant II to support the Business Office with Faculty Reimbursement and Travel requests. The incumbent must be highly motivated, energetic, amiable, a self-starter, an excellent team player/ They must also be able to work accurately with frequent interruptions, meet deadlines, and maintain expected work volume.This position will also provide general front desk support which, includes a team of 1-2 student workers. The incumbent will assist with supervision of these students and, will assign work to them.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Point of contact for Faculty reimbursements and Travel Authorization requests.
  • Prepares Travel Authorizations.
  • Processes expense and travel reimbursements in UAccess Financials.
  • Tracks and reconciles reimbursements.
  • General front desk duties.
  • Assigns work as needed to front desk student workers.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent learning attained through experience required.

Preferred Qualifications:

*Experience using UAccess.*Bilingual/Spanish speaking.*Proficient in Excel.
