The Assistant Director, MBA Admissions will report directly to the Assistant Dean, MBA Admissions as an important part of targeted recruiting initiatives. Along with the execution of recruitment efforts and activities, this position will coordinate comprehensive campus visits and implement communication strategies. The Assistant Director will manage all aspects of MBA Admissions technology, website, databases and platforms. This position will also perform data analysis critical for admissions recruitment and decision-making. Some local recruitment travel may be required as staffing is needed.Required Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Strong skills in CRM management and computer skills with Mircrosoft products.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills; exceptional attention to detail; excellent interpersonal skills; and strong organizational skills.
•Demonstrated ability to evaluate quantitative and qualitative data and make sound decisions accordingly.
•Ability to multitask, take initiative, and speak in front of groups.
•Experience with event planning/scheduling/logistics or comparable experience.
•Bachelor’s Degree in business, student services or related field.
•Knowledge of MBA Admissions research, trends, and areas of interest to candidates.
•Working knowledge of the latest technology in graduate management Admissions.
•Experience in a higher education or comparable environment.
•Customer service or front line student service experience.
•Knowledge of international markets helpful.
