The Department of Neurology at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for an Assistant Professor position in the non-tenure academic clinician track in the expanding Neurohospitalist program. Applicants must have an M.D or M.D./Ph.D. degree. The successful candidate must be board certified or eligible in Neurology. All Neurology fellowships considered.

This position includes attending on the inpatient neurology services of our downtown Philadelphia hospitals to complement the growing group of Neurohospitalists. The ideal candidate would have interests in quality improvement/clinical effectiveness, medical education and clinical care. Teaching responsibilities would include teaching medical students and residents on bedside rounds for the consult and inpatient services. Subspecialty interests are also encouraged.
