In 2018, The UGA Tifton Campus began a yearlong Centennial celebration with various events to commemorate its 100th anniversary of providing updated research to the community.

Working with tradesmen assisting with tasks such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, welding, HVAC and other such duties required to keep campus facilities maintained and working.
Above all other tasks, individual will be responsible for running the daily mail route.
Other duties as assigned.Percentage of time:
This job will be working with Physical Plant tradesmen to perform many different tasks such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, welding, HVAC, etc. This person will also be responsible for running the daily mail route around campus and taking it to the post office to be mailed out.Relevant/Preferred Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification in Position:
High School Diploma with some college is preferred.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies :
-Good communication skills
-Ability to follow both oral and written instructions
-Ability to work without constant supervisionPhysical Demands:
-Lift up to 50 lbs. consistently
-Run mail route in varying weather conditions by driving
