Coordinates the daily administrative, fiscal, and operational activities of the Institute for Family Violence Studies (IFVS).
Develops and implements the IFVS goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
Manages various work assignments, tracks progression of assignments, and trouble-shoots issues that arise within IFVS projects.
Develops and executes marketing plan and disseminates project information to stakeholders.
Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
Bachelor's degree and two years of related experience; or a high school diploma or equivalent and six years of experience.
(Note: a combination post high school education and expereince equal to six years can be substututable.)
Demonstrated strong writing skills.
Demonstrated strong organization skills.
Ability to multi-task.
Experience with simple graphic design.
Experience with research helpful.
Familiarity with learning management systems.
Ability to learn computer software quickly.

This position is time-limited based on soft money funding, with renewal contingent upon available funds and the needs of the University.
