Position Summary

The School of Packaging in the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources has 2 open Research Associate positions. Candidates are encouraged to apply if they have expertise in polymer processing (rheology, cast and blown films, molding)

Required Degree

Doctorate -Polymer Chemistry, Chemistry, Material S

Minimum Requirements

Candidates will have completed a PhD in Polymer Chemistry, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or a closely related field by the position start date.

Desired Qualifications

Candidates will have a good record of productivity in polymer processing (e.g polymer blends, rheology, cast/blown films, molding ect) and polymer characterization (e.g DSC, DMA, TGA, tensile properties.
