Job Description

The Department of Neurology at the University of Missouri-Columbia is seeking a fellowship trained (BE/BC) Neurologist with additional training and certification in treating headaches (headache specialist) to join our neurology program. Successful applicants should demonstrate excellence in clinical care, teaching and institutional service.

The Department of Neurology has adult neurology faculty plus a diverse care team that includes specialists in brain and spinal cord illness, muscle, nerve and joint conditions and other specialties.

Subspecialties cover neuromuscular, sleep medicine, stroke, epilepsy, movement disorders, dementia, multiple sclerosis, Neuro-ICU and general neurology. Department continuously is recruiting more faculty members in both clinical and basic science research.

The Neurosciences center is home to more than 20 physician specialists and is considered the largest medical and surgical neurological care team in mid-Missouri. In addition to clinical opportunities for the candidate, Institute for Clinical and Translational Science at MU offers a wide range of academic opportunities.
