Advertised Job Summary:Under general supervision of the principal investigator, Post-Doctoral fellow will synthesize hybrid material, perform conductivity measurements, perform spectroscopy measurements, perform x-ray diffraction analysis, analyze the data, draw graphics, and contribute to writing proposals and reports on funded projects. In addition, the post-doc will assist in supervising and training graduate and undergraduate students.
Required Education and Experience:PhD in Chemistry or related science
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:The candidate should have a PhD in organic chemistry with a very strong background in photophysical measurements which include studies of energy transfer processes, lifetime measurements, and kinetics.
