Job Description: Intermediate ERP Business Analyst/Developers for Chicago, IL location. Analyze enterprise resource planning (ERP) software applications in client/server and web-based enterprise application environment for university website and internet applications. Customize software applications to provide seamless integration for client/server and web-based applications using knowledge of enterprise application development for full software development life cycle (plan, design, build, test, deploy, support). Research and analyze business needs, write technical requirements, prototype graphical user interfaces, develop test plans. Document, test, integrate, debug and support software applications. Collaborate with project manager and customers to interpret business requirements and convert to technical specifications. Guide junior developers. Technical environment: windows server, linux, client/server, internet/intranet, people tools/applications, application engine, PeopleSoft CRM data mining, people code, VB, ASP, HTML, TCP/IP, Java, Access, Oracle, SQL Server, XML, XSLT, CSS, web services, UI design, SQL, PL/SQL, Javascript, Eclipse, MS project, PC reporting, .NET, AJAX, JSON, web services, Tableau report server, Sharepoint, handlebars, typescript, Nodejs, JSON, visual studio, visual studio code, Azure, DevOps.
Requirements: *Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology or related field plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or as a Developer or Consultant or Analyst required. Required skills: experience in higher education environment analyzing, designing, testing ERP, including SDLC, peoplesoft software applications, peoplesoft CRM data mining, working with customers to analyze requirements, windows server, Linux, SQL, SQL server, Oracle, application engine, .NET, ASP, AJAX, JSON, web service integrations, Javascript, HTML, XML, XSLT, CSS, web services, UI design, PL/SQL, visual studio, visual studio code, tableau report server, sharepoint, C#, handlebars, DevOps. (*Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology or related field plus 5 years of progressive experience in the job offered or as a Developer or Consultant or Analyst also acceptable)
