Job Summary

We are seeking a Research Engineer to conduct research on advanced semiconductor and mircoelectronics with a focus on emerging non-volatile memories and their applications for data- intensive computing. This will include device modeling, circuit/architecture co-design and experimental chip testing. Rank will commensurate with level of experience. This position is a limited term position.

Required Qualifications

Researcher I

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related area.

Researcher II

  • A Master’s degree and three (3) years of rlevant full-time experience after completion of that degree,
  • A Master’s degree and five (5) years of relevant full-time experience after completion of a Bachelor’s degree, or
  • A Doctoral degree.

Senior Researcher

  • A Master’s degree and seven (7) years of relevant full-time experience after completion of that degree,
  • A Master’s degree and nine (9) years of relevant full-time experience after completion of a Bachelor’s degree, or
  • A Doctoral degree and four (4) years of relevant full-time experience after completion of a Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior industrial experience on 3D NAND Flash memories is required
