Normal Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
Job Summary: The Recreation Field Technician is responsible for maintaining and preparing the Recreation Field complex for the multi sports activities.
Additional Department Summary: The Recreation Fields and Landscape Technician assists in the daily assessment and maintenance of University Recreation fields complex, surrounding grounds, and other UREC managed properties. This position assists in field lining, set up; irrigation repair; landscaping, maintenance of equipment and maintaining all other University Recreation managed grounds and properties.
Responsible for completing required training and promoting a safe, hospitable, and respectful workplace.
Required Minimum Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to read, write and follow oral and written instructions. At least two (2) years relevant experience. Must be able to lift, handle and maneuver the tools, materials and supplies of the job.

Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED preferred.
