Job Summary:The intramurals coordinator must assist in the administration of all aspects of the Intramural Program and facility supervision. This is a very energetic job that requires creativity in developing intramural program ideas, and assertiveness when supervising and participating in the intramural sports.
Reports To:Grace Henderson, Asst. Director of Campus Life & Housing
Education/Qualifications:•Good Conduct and Academic Standing with the college
•Gillette College Student currently enrolled
•Cumulative GPA is 2.0 or greater
•Adult CPR/AED Certification / First Aid Certification, preferred.
•Ability to maintain a safe environment in the gym/on campus.
•Ability to resolve conflict and make difficult decisions.
•Work independently and with others.
•Strong organizational, verbal/written communication skills.
•Ability to lift 40 lbs.
•Willingness to learn how to set up for activities as well as maintain inventory of supplies/equipment

Responsibility/Duty:•Assist in the administration of all aspects of the Intramural Program and facility supervision.
•Plan, promote, supervise, evaluate and operate Intramural activities and other activities as assigned.
•Maintain safety of Intramural participants. Insure proper maintenance, cleaning, and storage of Intramural Sports equipment.
•Assist with development and implementation of rules, regulations, and policies governing the Intramural Sports program.
•Other duties as assigned, including helping with other on campus activities.
