Position Description:THIS IS A TIME-LIMITED POSITION
This position serves as consultant for assigned divisions within the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy and provides advice, guidance, and counsel on a variety of HR issues for all position types (SHRA, EHRA Non-Faculty, Faculty, temporary employees, postdocs, students, unpaid interns, visiting scholars) to include, but not limited to, recruitment, classification, compensation, metrics/reporting, and benefits.
This position works proactively to anticipate needs and future challenges for its assigned divisions and provide expertise and guidance on how to navigate complex HR issues to mitigate risks. The incumbent is expected to demonstrate high degree of autonomy and independent judgement in performing the position duties.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.

programs;
• Knowledge of UNC policies, business processes and systems (ConnectCarolina, PeopleAdmin,
LawLogix, TIM);
