Job Description:

ENC Stop Human Trafficking Now – PO Box 959, Farmville, NC 27828 – is currently seeking a Fair Traders Project Business Associate. Fair Traders Project Business Associate
The Fair Traders Project business coordinator position requires the potential candidate to be comfortable talking with people, passionate about ethical business practices, strategic in relationship development, a strong networker and communicative.
The business coordinator will be asked to attend and promote Fair Traders Project appearances at various community events and festivals (notably attending Umbrella Market at Five Points in Greenville every Wednesday) with the ultimate goal of increasing brand awareness and profitability, which funds NC Stop Human Trafficking’s programs.
The business coordinator will also be asked to communicate with consumers on two digital platforms and in person and update the online store as needed.
Along with crafting a digital message, the coordinator will also be asked to develop relationships with local businesses to raise understanding about what fair trade is, facilitate other businesses carrying fair trade certified products and otherwise supporting ethical business practices locally to help reduce exploitation around the world.

Preferred (Majors, Experience, GPA, etc.):

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Google Drive
- 2.0 GPA
- Valid Driver’s License
- Dependable transportation
- Basic understanding of marketing principles
Preferences:
- Business or communication major
- Understanding of Graphic Design
