Job Description:

ECU Student Involvement and Leadership is currently seeking a Student Leadership Assistant for Alternative Break Experience. This SLA will support the Center for Leadership & Civic Engagement Alternative Break Experience programming, recruitment, and community partnership development for the Alternative Break Experience program.
•Plan with ABE community partners and host sites the logistics for the CLCE ABE programs
•Support the ABE student organization and ABE Work Team within Student Affairs
•Update and develop ABE Engage website content as needed
•Communicate updates with ABE participants, staff/student leads, and community partners
•Plan ABE events such leadership team and pre-service meetings, trainings, and ABE ceremony

Rate of pay: $8.00/hour

If hired you are required to attend the mandatory Student Leadership Assistant Job training TBD.

This position is for Fall 2021 and Spring 2022
Work start date: August 23rd, 2021
Work end date: April 26th, 2022
