The physical requirements of this position include regular use of a computer involving repetitive motions; regularly sitting for extended periods of time and occasionally transporting objects up to 25 lbs.Shift:
Primarily Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; may require occasional work during evening or weekend hours based on Simulation Lab schedule.Job Summary:
This position supports the responsibilities of the Simulation Lab which includes work to coordinate the integration with operations and supporting work teams. This position will be required to work closely with the Simulation Operations Manager, Virtual Health Executive Director, and Director of the Simulation Lab to help achieve enterprise mission and goals. Responsibilities will include: managing multiple tasks and/or projects while accurately completing routine functions in a fast paced, high intensity, professional work environment; solving routine problems and manage resources; demonstrated ability to provide superior customer service, time management, and judgment; and respect; efficient management and oversight of the Office of Advanced Practice administrative activities; drawing conclusions and projects data in a manner to facilitate discussion and clinical problem solving for office director; developing presentations in Power Point, Acrobat or other software; supporting and facilitating Simulation Lab events and daily schedules; maintaining and supporting communication between director and all UK HealthCare management; facilitating requests from external stakeholders around lab usage; publishing communications through UK HealthCare marketing; and coordinating Simulation Lab training activities.
