Physical Requirements:Sitting or standing for long periods of time, ability to walk for approximately 1 hour, repetitive motion
Shift:Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Job Summary:Receive fax requests for medical records, Review medical records task list and take action on items, Contact patients for release of information form, Send to HIM all appropriate paper medical records for scanning, Make patient labels for clinics, Put labels on documents prior to sending to HIM
Outreach clinic registration, Register all outreach clinic patients in APM including all demographic information, Contact clinic or patient if demographic information is missing, Print patient labels and put labels on patient documents, Send to HIM for scanning, Department support, Do daily mail/FedEx/deposit run to Shriners and Kentucky Clinic, Deliver all pre-op binders to Pre-Op Anesthesia clinic, Sort mail in department.
