Shift:Monday – 1 hour; Tuesday – 4 hours; Wednesday – 1 hour; Thursday – 4 hours; Friday 1.5 hours; Shift is flexible on Monday/Wednesday/Friday.
Job Summary:The employee in this position will enhance the functionality of the departments of Budget, Capital Planning and Forecasting & Integrated Business Partners by supporting and providing secondary support to various other departments within UK Healthcare (UKHC). Responsibilities include: calendar management; meeting coordination; travel arrangements; expense tracking; file management; and other miscellaneous office operations. This position is a result of the UK HealthCare Finance re-organization; internal UK Healthcare Finance employees being considered.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:Strong organizational skills; professional communication skills; advanced ability within Microsoft Outlook.
Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? :No
Preferred Education/Experience:Preferred experience in executive level support including meeting management and high level of organizational responsibility.
