Physical Requirements:Varying periods of times sitting and/or standing at a computer workstation and working with patients; occasionally lifting, pushing, or pulling objects up to 50 lbs.
Shift:Primarily day shift, Monday-Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm with occasional weekends per departmental needs.
Job Summary:This position independently performs device interrogation, programming, and remote transmission review under the supervision of the Device Clinic Coordinator. This position provides clinical evaluation of patients’ overall well-being and post implant wound site.
Other daily responsibilities include: managing pacemaker data in all available applications and patient medical records; communicating all findings to include indications found during testing; training and educating patients on all aspects of proper use of transmitting devices; troubleshoots patient compliance issues; schedules appointments for pacemaker monitoring and facilitates appropriate in-office follow up; properly completes all paperwork, electronic orders; may require occasional travel to outreach device clinics; participate in professional development activities and maintain professional affiliations; and any other duties as assigned.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:The ideal candidate will possess the ability to conduct physical assessment and have experience with EMR.

Preferred Education/Experience:Registered Nurse is required for the position with two years of related cardiac device experience preferred.
