Job Description:The Facilities System Analyst will provide technical leadership and advise Director on
computer system architecture and related data for proposed systems integration
initiatives; provide Database Management for all Facilities Dept systems – Computerized
Maintenance Management System, Safety Training and Accounting Software and
provide technical support to all systems, computers and databases for Facilities.

• Maintain, manage and improve the established web-based work order and preventativemaintenance system used for building maintenance and repair.
• Analyze the data to improve and/or predict future maintenance activities, and monitor,improve staff performance in maintenance areas, and ensure that reliability best
practices are initiated and followed.

KSA's/Required Qualifications:•Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, multiple databases, and in the use of
Computerized Maintenance Management Systems, Energy Management Systems
software.
•High level analytical reasoning skills including data and statistical analysis.
•Expertise in troubleshooting computer system software or software interface problems.
•Capable of communicating and expressing ideas clearly and concisely, in both written
and oral formats.
•Ability to create and maintain positive customer and stakeholder relationships.
•Familiar with the different components of SQL Such as SQL Server Management
Studio (SSMS) and SQL Configuration Manager.
•Be able to troubleshoot database related problems that would affect the application
running on it.
•Be able to configure and troubleshoot smartphones and other smart devices (such as
ipads).
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Technology, or related
technical discipline or a combination of education, training and experience.
•Considerable experience in managing databases, multiple software applications, and smart devices.
•Driver’s license and good driving record.
•Experience with Facilities Department operations
•Experience in higher education sector.
•Possess advanced technical expertise in databases, servers, software architecture,
and IT systems.
•Industry-related certifications.
