Department Information USG eCampus is a service unit of the University System of Georgia that assists SACSCOC-accredited USG institutions in administering quality, affordable, high-demand, post-secondary online degrees and credentials that address the workplace needs of Georgia and beyond. We leverage resources to imagine, design, and support affordable, quality higher education pathways to enhance the economic, cultural, and social interests of the people of Georgia. Job Summary The primary responsibility of the eCampus Recruiter will be to recruit qualified students from the region's multicultural population and develop new stakeholder partnerships in support of eCampus online higher education programs; Specifically, the individual will travel the state of Georgia and surrounding states building partnerships with industry and recruiting new students to the eCampus programs, with a focus on eMajor online degrees;

Specific responsibilities of the eCampus Recruiter position including, but are not limited to:

- scheduling, planning, and attending both physical and virtual recruitment events,
- nurturing prospective student relationships through effective and regular communication,
- executing strategies to increase application conversion rates in support of new student enrollment growth
- establishing relationships with two-year and technical schools for transfer recruitment
- presenting to community and industry leaders
- conducting regular engagement outreach to current students as a member of the eCampus student success team

This position reports to the Director of Marketing and Enrollment within eCampus and is expected to travel for recruitment purposes at least 75% of the time.

Responsibilities Activities in support of Prospective Student lead generation - 50

Build community relationships, establish partnerships, schedule and attend events across Georgia and surrounding states with the ultimate goal of generating prospective student leads for all eCampus-supported academic programs.

Communication with Prospective Students - 40

Maintain consistent communication with prospective students obtained through recruitment activities via email, phone, and text (when applicable). Keep detailed communication records via customer relationship management system, work collaboratively with curriculum analyst team to increase new student applications to eCampus-supported programs.

Student Success Team Support - 10

Conduct regular outreach to existing students as an active member of the eCampus Student Success Team, including regular team call cycles and instructor-identified at-risk students for a specifically assigned course load.

Required Qualifications Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing/sales, or a related field.

Other Required Qualifications
Demonstrated sales proficiency.
Demonstrated ability to interact in a diverse, multi-cultural community of educators and learners.
Available for regional travel and must possess a current state drivers license.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, nontraditional, highly collaborative work environment.
High level of technical aptitude, including the ability to run reports and maintain dynamic records.

Required Experience
Four years' work experience in higher education, recruiting, or direct sales.
-Experience scheduling, promoting, and hosting live virtual events via video conferencing software.
-Experience creating and delivering captivating presentations to large groups
-Experience using customer relationship management software and effective lead nurturing communication campaigns.

Specific experience with Salesforce.org for customer relationship management and student recruitment.
Experience with online and nontraditional postsecondary student populations

Proposed Salary

$52,056/annual minimum - $65,676/annual midpoint

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities ABILITIES
Must be able to travel to locations in Georgia and surrounding states (75%), attend professional development opportunities and other relevant events. Must possess the willingness and ability to support an unconventional work schedule that may include evenings and weekends to meet the needs of our future students, employer partners, and affiliate institutions. Must be able to negotiate stairs and capable of lifting 25 pounds.

KNOWLEDGE
-Mastery-level user of video conferencing software, specifically Zoom Webinars
-High level of technical aptitude; ability to enter data and maintain records through the organization's customer relationship management software

SKILLS
Superior oral, written, and presentation skills.
Excellent planning and organizational abilities,
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with team members toward unit outcomes
