Hours will vary based on sport schedule. Ability to work nights and weekends. Potential to be a second shift position based on the sports scheduling of the new facility.

Requires are least a high school diploma or equivalent. Please contact your Human Resources office for an evaluation of education/experience in lieu of the required minimum qualifications.

Position Summary:

The Building Services Worker cleans, sanitizes, and maintains appearance of Athletic Facilities. Provide discretion when utilizing and maintaining assigned spaces.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies:

Knowledgeable of cleaning materials.
· Operating vacuum cleaners/shampoo machine.
· Understanding written and verbal instructions.

Physical Demands:

Involves:
· Stoop, squat, and bend
· Climb ladders
· Lift at least 25 lbs or more

· Sweep, mop, scrub, buff, and wax floors.
· Dust and clean chalk boards and offices.
· Wash windows, walls, trash cans and glass doors.
· Empty trash.
· Frequently works from a ladder.
· Replaces light bulbs.
· Cleans and polishes brass
